The application can show customer, pool, service schedule, staff on duty, service status, photo/video and estimated arrival information.Estimated times may vary depending on traffic, location and operating conditions.

4. Photo and Video

The records created during the service can be used to document the service and provide it to the customer. Illegal content should not be uploaded.

5. Payment and CurrentAccount

The app can display or manage service fees, payment records, and current account information.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized account access
• Attempts to compromise system security
• Submitting false or illegal content
• System abuseor attack with automated means
• Using the application for unlawful purposes

7. Service Interruptions

Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, internet/infrastructure, or third-party service issues.

The software, design, brand elements and contents of the application belong to the relevant right holders.
