3. Intended Use

Data; management of customer account, planning of pool maintenance/cleaning services, personnel assignment, management of service location and estimated arrival information, service records, photo/video reporting, notifications, payment and current account transactions and system security andcan be used for technical support purposes.

4. Location Data

Location information can be used for features such as service planning, routing of on-duty staff, and calculation of estimated arrival time. Permissions can be managed from device settings.

5. Photograph andVideo

Photos and videos can be uploaded to document the service process. These records can be used to create the service history and show the service result to the customer.

6. Notices

Notification of staff access to the pool, completion of service, adding photos/videos and other situations defined in the systemcan be sent.

7. Data Sharing

The data may be shared with authorized employees, technical service providers, hosting/notification infrastructures, payment providers and legally authorized institutions to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.

8. PaymentInformation

Card information in payment transactions may not need to be stored in the app. Depending on the payment infrastructure used, the payment can be processed by the service provider.

9. Storage and Security

The data is stored for as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable legal obligations. A&K pools Ltd.intends to implement reasonable technical and administrative measures against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Account or personal data deletion requests can be sent to info@akpools.com.tr. Records that are legally required to be kept for the relevant period of timecan be held.

11. Children

The app is not designed as a service for children.

12. Third Party Services

Third-party infrastructures for mapping, notification, hosting, payment or similar technical servicescan be used.

13. Amendments
